1 ~ What is the Super Bowl?

The Super Bowl is the annual championship game of the National Football League (NFL). The game is the culmination to the regular season.The game was created as part of a merger agreement between the NFL and its then-rival league, the American Football League (AFL). It was agreed that the two leagues’ champion teams would play in the AFL–NFL World Championship Game until the merger was to officially begin in 1970. After the merger, each league was reclassified as a conference and the game has since been played between the conference champions to determine the NFL’s league champion.

2 ~ Who is Playing in the 2018 Super Bowl?

The National Football Conference (NFC) champion Philadelphia Eagles will face off against the American Football Conference (AFC) champion New England Patriots. The Eagles are making their third Super Bowl appearance, having previously played (and lost) to the Oakland Raiders and the New England Patriots. The Patriots have played in the Super Bowl nine times with five wins.

3 ~ Which Super Bowl is This?

This is Super Bowl LII. That’s 52 in Roman Numerals, which are used to identify each game, rather than the year in which it is held. The game will be played at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

4 ~ When Will the Super Bowl be on TV?

Super Bowl 52 will be held on Sunday, February 4th and kicks off at 3:30 p.m. PT and 6:30 p.m. ET on NBC, which typically does not require cable access. The game will also be available to stream on the NBC Sports app or

5 ~ Who is Performing the Super Bowl Halftime Show?

Justin Timberlake has been announced as the 2018 Super Bowl halftime performer. This will be his third Super Bowl halftime performance. JT first performed in 2001 alongside his band NSYNC, Aerosmith, and Britney Spears, then again in 2004 with Janet Jackson.
