Comprehensive Oral Surgery Services
McGann Oral Surgery handles a full range of oral surgery procedures, from straightforward extractions to complex implant cases and jaw surgery.
Dental implants are considered the gold standard for replacing missing teeth because they restore both function and help preserve the jawbone. Dr. McGann uses CT-guided planning and in-office 3D imaging to improve precision and create predictable treatment plans. Whether replacing one tooth or multiple teeth, patients receive a customized approach based on their oral health goals.
Benefits
- Replace missing teeth
- Preserve jawbone
- Natural appearance

Wisdom teeth often need removal before they create pain, infection, crowding, or damage to neighboring teeth. Dr. McGann evaluates each case individually and discusses timing, sedation options, and recovery expectations so patients know exactly what to expect.
Benefits
- Prevent crowding
- Reduce infection risk
- Protect nearby teeth
- Comfortable sedation
When a tooth cannot be saved because of severe decay, disease, trauma, or overcrowding, an extraction may be the healthiest solution. Our team focuses on gentle care while discussing replacement options whenever appropriate.

Many procedures can be completed comfortably with sedation. Our surgical team maintains ACLS, DAANCE, BLS, and CPR certifications, reflecting advanced training in anesthesia safety and emergency preparedness.
