Corrective Jaw Surgery
Transforming Your Smile—and Your Confidence
For many patients, challenges with facial balance or jaw alignment can lead to discomfort, self-consciousness, or even functional issues like difficulty chewing or breathing. In many cases, these concerns stem from misaligned jaw angles or bite issues—and that’s where we can help.
Expert Care. Personal Approach.
With years of surgical expertise and a commitment to compassionate, personalized care, Dr. Grant McGann and our team are here to guide you every step of the way. From the first consultation to your final results, we focus on what matters most to you—your goals, your comfort, and your future.

The Power of Surgical Precision
Using advanced diagnostic imaging and surgical planning, we’re able to assess and correct underlying jaw misalignments with precision and care. Corrective jaw surgery, also known as orthognathic surgery, can dramatically improve both facial contours and overall function—bringing balance to your bite, your profile, and your self-image.
We use the latest tools to understand your jaw and facial structure in detail, including:
- 3D CT scans
- Intraoral scans
- Facial photographs and measurements
- Dental models
Most patients will begin with orthodontic treatment (commonly braces) before surgery. Orthodontics are used to align your bite properly before, during, and after the surgical process. Treatment times vary, but typically span around two to three years.
