Today, the United States marks 242 years as an independent nation as it celebrates the 4th of July with fireworks, food, and music. Our hometown of San Diego, known as “America’s Finest City”, is always home to spectacular 4th of July celebrations. Since the Fourth of July falls in the middle of the week this year, the Independence Day celebrations are extended throughout the weekend.
